Pecha Kucha Night #5
'Pecha Kucha Night' involves just a few people giving short 20×20 presentations (20 slides shown for 20 seconds each) about a personal project, passion or idea of their choice. There is then plenty of time for relaxed networking - and the 20×20 speakers give us plenty to talk about! At our last event, they got us discussing the urban myths, Wakefield Kirkgate train station, watercolour paintings, an immortal jellyfish and funeral photography.
Informal, fun and fast-paced, the 'Pecha Kucha Night (PKN)' concept was devised in Tokyo in 2003 and PKN creative networking events are now held in 434 countries around the world.
